RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: To access, rectify, and cancel data concerning you, object to data processing, request limitation of processing, or data portability. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing our relationship and providing you with our professional services; which will be used for: service provision, administrative management, billing, accounting, statistics, loyalty, and satisfaction with our services. We may contact you by email or telephone, based on the data you have provided. The legal basis for processing your personal data is based on our relationship for the provision of services through acceptance of these terms and conditions of contract. The Controller informs you that data processing does not involve automated decisions, nor the creation of profiles with predictive purposes of personal preferences, behaviors, or attitudes. Your data will not be shared with other controllers, national and/or international; except in cases where there is a legal obligation to do so. Your data will be retained for as long as our relationship is in effect. Once the maximum legally established retention periods are exceeded, your data will be deleted.
